My name is Dominic Gunderson, and I am a motivational speaker passionate about empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. With years of experience coaching a successful wrestling program and developing leaders through student-athlete programs, I’ve seen firsthand how strong leadership can drive success on and off the mat.

Currently, I serve as the Athletic Director for the Shiocton School District and sit on the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Wrestling Federation. I’ve also worked with WIAA and WWF committees and presented at events like the Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association and Wisconsin Wrestling Federation Conferences.

My goal is to inspire others to embrace challenges, build strong teams, and lead with purpose through adversity.
